I graduated from the Tallinn School of Commerce in 1996 and I have the diploma of a food service specialist.

I’ve been involved in the field of food service since then. I’ve worked as a server in a ship’s restaurant and as a culinary teacher in a vocational school. I’ve been working in catering for the last 14 years. This is the area that interests me the most. I am a member of the Estonian Sommelier Association and I’ve acquired the qualification of a junior sommelier. I can say that food and wine are my hobby.

I also like cooking at home. My other hobbies are travelling, reading books and Alpine skiing.
